Maple and Brown Sugar Fruit Dip #Recipe

Ingredients:    
8 oz Cream cheese softened
1/2 c  Sour cream
1/4 c  Sugar
1/4 c  Packed brown sugar
1    To 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugars and syrup to taste; mix until smooth. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries, sliced apples what ever fruits your fancy.

CHICKEN SALAD 

Ingredients:
1 can  or 5 oz. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickle
1 boiled egg, chopped
1/2 c. salad dressing 
1 onion slice chopped

Preparation:
Mix and serve.

Ingredients:
3 lbs. Lamb cut in 1 ½ inch cubes
8 peeled onions
2 green peppers cut in 1 inch pieces
1 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ Cp. Dry red wine
¼ Cp. vinegar or lemon juice
3 Tbs. oil
8 small tomatoes
 
Preparation:
Put lamb cubes, onions, and peppers in a bowl or a clean coffee can. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Mix wine, vinegar and oil; pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and let stand for several hours. When getting ready to cook thread lamb, onions, green pepper pieces and small tomatoes onto skewers.

Bacon Wrapped Oysters #Recipe

Ingredients:
12  oysters
12  Thin slices of bacon

Preparation:
Wrap each well-drained oyster in bacon. Skewer with wooden toothpick. Bake in pan at 350 in oven until bacon is brown.

Ingredients:
3 squirrel cut into serving pieces
3 eggs
½ cup of seasoned bread crumbs
Season Salt
Pepper
 
Preparation:
Place squirrel in pot with water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove meat from water and pat dry, mix eggs with seasoned bread crumbs. Put oil in cooking pot and heat to 375 degrees roll squirrel pieces in egg batter and fry in oil until golden brown.

1 small raccoon, trimmed of all fat and quartered
Flour
Season Salt
Pepper
 
Preparation:
Cover quartered raccoon in flour, season salt, and pepper mix. Brown in hot vegetable oil until it is golden brown. Add enough water to cover bottom of pan, cover and simmer for 1 hour.

2 Tbs. Peanut butter

Toast hot dog bun. Spread peanut butter on hot dog bun. Add banana.

Shrooming Dove #Recipe

Ingredients:
2 doves per person
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 stalks of celery
3 onions
1 bay leaf

Gravy:
2  15 oz. mushroom soup
8 oz. tub of sour cream
15 oz. can of mushrooms
 
Preparation:
Put the doves and all of the ingredients into a large pot, cover with water and simmer until doves are tender. Remove the doves from the stock and place in a casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup with sour cream and can of mushrooms. Pour over doves and heat in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.  

Fried Rabbit #Recipe

1 Rabbit cut up
1 tsp. Season salt
Pepper
2 cps. Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cp. Ground Almonds added to flour

Preparation:
Add seasonings to rabbit, dip in eggs and then cover with flour mixture. Fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown cover and cook on lower temperature until rabbit is tender.
