Aloe Peppermint Lip Balm

Peppermint Lip Balm

Ingredients:  
1 TBS Petroleum Jelly
1 TBS Aloe Vera Gel
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract 

Preparation:  
Heat in double boiler (or microwave) then pour into container to cool.

Healing Balm 

Ingredients:  
3 oz almond oil 
2 tsp pure honey 
½ oz beeswax 
1 tsp tea tree oil  

Preparation:
In sauce pan on oven top melt all of the ingredients together stirring until cooled.

Carrier Oil base

Carrier Oils 

Apply any of the following vegetable, seed or nut oils to the skin
 
Virgin olive oil 
Sesame oil
Peanut oil
Avocado oil
Grapeseed oil
Safflower oil
Coconut oil

Skin Toner

Mix:
3 drops lemon oil
3 drops lavender oil
3 tps of distilled water
 
When Mixed:
Apply mix to a soft cotton ball, massage mixture into the skin after cleansing. Follow with a moisturizer if desired.

Ingredients:
¼ tsp. about 25 drops Rose
¼ tsp. about 25 drops Sandalwood
¼ Cup Macadamia Oil
¼ Cup Sweet Almond Oil
 
Preparation:
Put all ingredients together and mix gently. May be put in a plastic spray bottle for easier dispensing.

Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl and thoroughly mix. Use after each shower for best results. Place on the stretch marks and massage into your skin until it has been absorbed.
