Loving the Burger Crumbs #recipe

Burger Crumbs
 
Ingredients:
 
2 pounds ground beef
 
1 cup soft bread crumbs
 
1/2 cup chopped onion
 
1 egg
 
Salt and pepper
 
Preparation:
Have ready 8 tomato slices and 8 hamburger buns. Combinemeat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix lightly. Place meatmixture on a cookie sheet (with an edge so it doesn't spill over). Press towithin 1 inch of edge of pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Drainexcess fat. Top with 8 cheese slices and tomato slices. Bake until cheesemelts.

Ingredients:
 
1 lbs. hamburger
 
1 cn. Chili (no beans)
 
1 lb. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed or shredded
 
 
Preparation:
Brown hamburger; drain and place in slow cooker. Add chili and cheese; cover and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 1 to 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally to blend ingredients. Serve warm with taco or tortilla chips.

Beer N Meatballs #recipe

Ingredients:
 
 1 can of beer
 
1 6 oz. can spicy V-8 juice
 
1 tsp. lemon juice
 
1 tsp. hot sauce
 
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
 
1 c. onions
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1 lg. bottle ketchup
 
1 tsp. horseradish
 
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
2 to 3 lbs. ground beef
 
2 to 3 eggs
 
Preparation:
 
Mix ground beef, 1/2 cup onions, Italian bread crumbs and eggs.  Roll mixture into small meatballs.Then fry or bake the meatballs.

Healthy Casserole #recipe

Ingredients:
 
3 small heads savoy cabbage chopped
 
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
 
1 large onion chopped
 
1/2 can tomato sauce
 
garlic powder -- to taste
 
1 can chicken broth
 
1 can beef broth
 
Preparation:
 
Saute ground beef and onion until no longer pink, add garlic powder, tomato sauce and cabbage. Saute until cabbage is slightly wilted about 10 min. Add both cans of broth,bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer about 1hr.

2 lbs. ground venison 
 
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 
 
1 cp. water 
 
1 tbsp. mustard seed 
 
1/2 tsp. onion powder 
 
1/8 tsp. garlic powder 
 
3 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick Meat Cure 
 
Use 2 lbs. ground venison (plain, the natural small amount tallow left on the deer as you skin it is enough moisture, however if you want for flavor add beef seut). Mix all ingredients and then mix with ground meat. 
 

Campers Pie #recipe

 
Ingredients:


1 lbs. Ground beef
4 Carrots sliced
2 Potatoes cubed
1 md. Onion,sliced in 1/4"-pieces
Butter
Aluminum Foil
 
Preparation:
Form hamburger into patties and put one patty on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough  to wrap all ingredients. Place
sliced carrots, sliced potatoes and sliced onions, on the sheet of aluminum foil. Brush everything with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold foil over food and place on charcoal or open fire Cook for an hour,turning every 15 minutes.

1 lbs.Pasta (you choose)
1 pk.Spaghetti sauce mix
1 can Tomato paste
1 lbs. Lean hamburger (choose one)
         Ø Ground beef
        Ø Pork
        Ø Turkey
        Ø Italian sausage
 
Preparation:
Heat water to a boil in a largepot. In a smallerpotcook the meat of your choice and add the sauce mix, water, and tomato paste according to the instructions on the sauce package.

Quick Crock Pot Chili #recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation:
 
Brown beef with onion and garlic in skillet, drain.  Mix with remaining ingredients in slow cooker on cook on low for 6 hours.
