Grilled Peaches
Ingredients:
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c honey
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/2 c light brown sugar, Packed
1/2 c dark rum
4 peaches, cut in half and cored*
1 vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
To prepare sauce, combine Worcestershire, honey, butter, sugar and rum in 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil overmedium-highheat, stirring often. Reduce heat tomedium-low.
Simmer 12 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring often.
Remove from heat; cool completely. Brush peach halves with some of
the sauce. |

Red Hot Apple SauceIngredients:
1 lb. of good cooking apples Add Sugar to your taste 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup red hot candies
Preparation:
Pare, core, and cut the apples in small pieces, cook on oven adding a few spoonfuls of water to prevent burning; when quite soft rub the apple through a sieve, and sweeten the sauce to taste, add cinnamon and red hots. Place back on oven and stir until candies are dissolved. When you rub the sauce through a sieve it ensures the sauce will be so that the pulp is even and not chunky.

Coconut & Peanut Butter Dip
Ingredients: 2 tbs. peanut butter 1 tbs. toasted coconut 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
Preparation: Add the peanut butter and coconut to the yogurt mix and use as a dip for apple or pear slices. Or just eat it with a spoon. Serves 1

Maple and Brown Sugar Dip
Ingredients: 8 oz Cream cheese softened 1/2 c Sour cream 1/4 c Sugar 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 1 To 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugars and syrup to taste; mix until smooth. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries, sliced apples what ever fruits your fancy.

Strawberry Summer Time
Ingredients: 1 lg. Strawberry Jell-o ½ cup hot Water 1 pkg. frozen strawberries 1 lg. tub of Whip Topping
Preparation: Heat strawberry Jell-o and water until hot. Add Strawberries and refrigerate mixture. Stir in tub of whipped topping. Chill and serve.

Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients: 1/2 angel food cake, cut into cubes 1 pkg. vanilla pudding 1 c. milk for pudding
1 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. boiling water for jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation: Put angel food cake cubes in bottom of casserole dish. Mix pudding with milk, pour vanilla pudding mixture over top of cake. Mix frozen strawberries and Jello together with hot water, pour strawberry mixture over top of vanilla pudding and angel food cubes. Refrigerate, when set serve with ice cream. |

Banana Dog
Ingredients:

Hot dog bun 1/2
Banana 2 Tbs. Peanut butter
Preparation:
Toast
hot dog bun. Spread peanut butter on hot dog bun. Add banana.

Fruit Salsa
Ingredients: ½ cup Cantaloupe, diced ½ cup fresh
pineapple, diced ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced ¼ cup yellow bell
pepper, diced ¼ cup purple
onion, diced ½ Tbs. Lime Juice 1 tbs. Fresh Mint
leaves, minced 1 tbs. Light brown
sugar, packed 1 tsp. Jalapeno pepper, minced ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp. Lime zest, minced
Preparation: In bowl mix all ingredients
together and serve. If you want larger amounts double accordingly.

Watermelon Rind Preserves
Ingredients: 1 watermelon 1 quart water 1 tablespoon lime 1 quart water 1 cup sugar ½ sliced lemon 1 sticks ginger
Preparation: Pare green and pink
from inch cubes of 1 melon. Soak
overnight in 1 quart water and 1 tbsp. Lime
rinse well. Boil cubes in clear water
for 15 minutes. Drain. Boil 1 quart
water, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 sliced lemon, 2 sticks ginger, for 5 minutes. |

CHERRY COBBLER 1 egg Putpie fillingin lightly buttered 3 1/2-quartCrock Potand cook on high for 30 minutes. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon onto the hotpie filling. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low. You may also use a lightly greased souffle dish in a largerCrock Pot. 6 servings. |
