Camp Omelette #recipe

Build a fire and cook some grub with these great camping recipes
Omelette in Bag

1 gallon zipper bag
3 eggs
3 tbs milk
1/4 cp. cheese
3 tbs bacon bits
1/2 green pepper; diced
1/2 medium sized onion
1/4 cp. mushrooms

Use a good quality zipper bag. Break 1 to 3 eggs into the bag, add a tablespoon of milk per egg, add cheese, bacon bits, peppers, onions, mushrooms or whatever you like in an omelette to the bag. Close the bag tightly, mix all together and drop bag into a Dutch oven of boiling water (water should be at a full boil. It will take 3 to 8 minutes depending on how many bags are in the water. Can be thrown back into the water if you do not think the eggs are  done enough.

1 tbs.  milk
Black pepper   
1/4 c  cheese,Grated     
1 T  clarified butter (or oil)

Mix together all ingredients except the butter. Put the butter in askilleton medium heat and add the egg mixture. Using a small spatula run around the edges of theskillet, tipping theskilletso the uncooked egg from the center of thepancan run under the bottom of the cooked egg. Continue to do this until the egg in the center is just a little moist, sprinkle the grated cheese on, roll the omelet in half as you turn it onto the plate.

Healthy Bacon and Eggs

8 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise 
½ pound bacon  
1 cup pepper jack cheese
3 Tbs. chives
4 thin radishes – sliced thin
1 head lettuce  Ready to serve
1 avocado diced
 Boil the eggs, until hard and dice them. Fry the bacon and crumble it. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.

Lamb meets Chicken #Recipe

Lamb & Chicken

6 eggs
2 lamb's kidneys
1 Cp. bread crumbs
2 Tbs. of butter
2 Tbs. of flour
1/2 pint of chicken stock
1/2 tsp. of salt
pepper  to taste

Split the kidneys, cut out the tubes; scald them, drain, and cut them into thin slices. Put the butter into a saucepan, add the kidneys, stir until the kidneys are cooked, then add the flour, stock, salt and pepper; stir until boiling. Grease a shallow granite or silver platter, add the eggs, sprinkle with the bread crumbs and put eggs in the oven 350 degrees until they are firm, then pour the lamb over the eggs, arrange the kidneys around the edge of the dish and send at once to the table.

6 hard boiled eggs, grated fine or sieved
1/3 cp. minced pimento-stuffed olives
1/4 cp. plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Diced Dill Pickle
1 Tbs. prepared Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes. After cool add to bread with a few Lettuce leaves.

6Slices of Bacon
6Tbsp. Water
¼ tsp.Pepper
1Tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp.Onion Juice
1 Tbsp.Chopped Onion
Beat six eggs add water, salt and pepper, the parsley, and onion juice. Put six thin slices of bacon in theomelet pan. Cook slowly until all the fat is cooked out.
