Egg-less French Toast Casserole
Ingredients: 1c Brown sugar 1/2c Butter 2tb Corn syrup 12 Slices Sandwich bread 4 Pureed Ripe Bananas
1 1/2 c Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/4 tsp. Salt
Preparation: Combine
sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a small saucepan; cook over medium
heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour syrup mixture into a
13x9x2-in baking dish. Place 6 slices of bread on top of syrup mixture.
Top with remaining 6 slices of bread. Combine banana, milk, vanilla, and
salt, stirring until blended. |

HOT BROCCOLI DIP
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 stick margarine
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup
14 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 to 2 1/2 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
Preparation:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saute pan and cook until onions are clear. Transfer to the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Add soup, cheese, and mushrooms, heat on low for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Dip with large corn chips or can be poured over baked potatoes. Freezes well.

HEARTY BEEF DIP
Ingredients:
8 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
1 1/4 ounces Sliced dried beef, diced
2 tablespoons Green onion, chopped
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
1 Garlic clove
Preparation:
Combine cream cheese and milk in greased Crock Pot. Cover and heat until cheese is melted, 30 to 60 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir thoroughly. Cover and heat 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread pieces.

DIABETIC WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients:
1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. ice water
1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation:
Chill small glass bowl and the mixer beaters. Combine ingredients and whip on high speed with mixer until consistency of whipped cream. Makes about 10 servings of 2 tablespoons

Eggless Salmon Patties
Ingredients:
3 5 oz cans Salmon
1 cp. Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like)
½ cp. Butter or Margarine
1 pkg. Crackers (saltines)
Preparation:
Add salmon to a bowl adding the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer,
form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of
cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve.

Eggless Tuna Patties
Ingredients:
2 cp. Tuna
1 cp. Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like)
½ cp. Butter or Margarine
1 pkg. Crackers (saltines)
Preparation:
De-bone and skin tuna. Cook the tuna in oven until it will flake, usually 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool the tuna and
crumble it and place in a bowl add the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer,
form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of
cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve.

BARBECUE SAUCE
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped 1 Tbsp. butter Sauteed until golden brown. 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 tsp. mustard 1 cup ketchup 1 cup Tomato Sauce
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook slowly in a slow cooker on low for 2 -2 1/2 hours. (Gets even better when reheated)

Bacon Cheese Dip
Ingredients: 16 slices bacon, diced, fried and drained 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, cubed 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup half-and-half 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dried minced onion 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt dash hot sauce
Preparation: Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts, about 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings, add bacon, and keep on low to serve. Serve with cubed or sliced French bread.

POTATOES
Ingredients:
10 large Potatoes, thin slice 2 large Onions, chopped 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup, condensed 1 cup Milk
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine soup with milk. In slow cooker, layer
one half the potatoes and one half the chopped onions; spread half of
the soup-milk mixture. Repeat layering using the rest of ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, high for 3-4 hours.
