Cream Cheese-Deviled Ham Dip
Ingredients:
1 pk. cream cheese,softened(8oz)
1 cn. deviled ham(4 1/2oz)
1/4 cp. dry red wine
3 tbs. finely chopped dill pickle
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation:
Beat cream cheese, deviled ham and wine in small mixer bowl until creamy. |

HOT BROCCOLI DIP
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 stick margarine
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup
14 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 to 2 1/2 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
Preparation:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saute pan and cook until onions are clear. Transfer to the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Add soup, cheese, and mushrooms, heat on low for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Dip with large corn chips or can be poured over baked potatoes. Freezes well.

HEARTY BEEF DIP
Ingredients:
8 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
1 1/4 ounces Sliced dried beef, diced
2 tablespoons Green onion, chopped
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
1 Garlic clove
Preparation:
Combine cream cheese and milk in greased Crock Pot. Cover and heat until cheese is melted, 30 to 60 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir thoroughly. Cover and heat 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread pieces.

Bacon Cheese Dip
Ingredients: 16 slices bacon, diced, fried and drained 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, cubed 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup half-and-half 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dried minced onion 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt dash hot sauce
Preparation: Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts, about 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings, add bacon, and keep on low to serve. Serve with cubed or sliced French bread.

Coconut & Peanut Butter Dip
Ingredients: 2 tbs. peanut butter 1 tbs. toasted coconut 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
Preparation: Add the peanut butter and coconut to the yogurt mix and use as a dip for apple or pear slices. Or just eat it with a spoon. Serves 1

Maple and Brown Sugar Dip
Ingredients: 8 oz Cream cheese softened 1/2 c Sour cream 1/4 c Sugar 1/4 c Packed brown sugar 1 To 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugars and syrup to taste; mix until smooth. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries, sliced apples what ever fruits your fancy.

Fruit Salsa
Ingredients: ½ cup Cantaloupe, diced ½ cup fresh
pineapple, diced ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced ¼ cup yellow bell
pepper, diced ¼ cup purple
onion, diced ½ Tbs. Lime Juice 1 tbs. Fresh Mint
leaves, minced 1 tbs. Light brown
sugar, packed 1 tsp. Jalapeno pepper, minced ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp. Lime zest, minced
Preparation: In bowl mix all ingredients
together and serve. If you want larger amounts double accordingly.

Summer Salsa Dip
Ingredients: 1 16oz. Sour Cream 1 14oz. Jar Salsa
(mild, medium, or hot) 1 8oz. Bag
shredded Mexican Cheese 1 lg. Tomato 1 lg. Green Pepper Tortilla Chips
Preparation: In a 10x14 inch pan spread the sour cream evenly. Add the
salsa and uniformly over the Sour Cream. Chop the tomato and green pepper, then
spread on the salsa add the 8 oz. Bag of cheese on the tomatoes and green
peppers let sit 15 minutes serve with tortilla chips.

Quick N Easy
Ingredients:
1 16oz. package Velveeta 1 can Chili - no beans 1 pound medium or spicy sausage, browned and crumbled
Preparation:
You can heat this on the stove until the cheese melts and it all
mixes together OR I usually put it in the slow cooker on low until blended
and then keep it there to serve.
