#Diabetic Whipped Cream #Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. ice water
1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener

Preparation:
Chill small glass bowl and the mixer beaters.  Combine ingredients and whip on high speed with mixer until consistency of whipped cream.  Makes about 10 servings of 2 tablespoons

Grilled Peaches
 
Ingredients:
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c honey
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/2 c light brown sugar, Packed
1/2 c dark rum
4 peaches, cut in half and cored*
1 vanilla ice cream
 
Preparation:
To prepare sauce, combine Worcestershire, honey, butter, sugar and rum in 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil overmedium-highheat, stirring often. Reduce heat tomedium-low. Simmer 12 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring often. Remove from heat; cool completely. Brush peach halves with some of the sauce.

Cherry Fudge #Recipe

Cherry Fudge
 
Ingredients:
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 (3 ounce) package cherry flavored gelatin
1 cup butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Preparation:
Butter an 8x8 inch dish. In a medium saucepan on an oven top set to medium heat, combine milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in gelatin. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter, chocolate chips, vanilla and cherries. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours before serving.

Brownie Fudge Cookies #Recipe

Brownie Cookies

Ingredients:
1 package fudge brownie mix    
1/4 cup  water 
1 egg    
1/2 cup  chopped nuts

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375º, lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix brownie mix, water and egg in large bowl with spoon. Stir in nuts (dough will be stiff). Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Red Hot #Apple Sauce #recipe

Red Hot Apple Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb. of good cooking apples
Add Sugar to your taste
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup red hot candies

Preparation:
Pare, core, and cut the apples in small pieces, cook on oven adding a few spoonfuls of water to prevent burning; when quite soft rub the apple through a sieve, and sweeten the sauce to taste, add cinnamon and red hots. Place back on oven and stir until candies are dissolved. When you rub the sauce through a sieve it ensures the sauce will be so that the pulp is even and not chunky.

A spin on strawberry shortcake #recipe

Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:
1/2 angel food cake, cut into cubes
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. milk for pudding
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water for jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
Put angel food cake cubes in bottom of casserole dish. Mix pudding with milk, pour vanilla pudding mixture over top of cake. Mix frozen strawberries and Jello together with hot water, pour strawberry mixture over top of vanilla pudding and angel food cubes. Refrigerate, when set serve with ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages pretzels
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
 

Preparation:
Melt chocolate and cream in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip pretzels one at a time and quickly to coat while mixture is still very warm. Place pretzels on wax paper to cool.

Ingredients:
1 pk BLUE jello powder
1 c Boiling water
2 c Ice cubes
Gummy fish
 
Preparation:
Dissolve jello powder in boiling water. Add ice cubes, stirring until jelly thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Spoon jelly into to clear sided bowls. Poke 3 or 4 gummy fish into each dish of slightly thickened jelly. Refrigerate about 30 minute to set. Serve when set. Your kids will love this!

Brown Suger & Pecan Ice Cream #recipe

BROWN SUGAR PECAN
We have awesome recipes that you will just love we do that is why we shared them!1 cup milk
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 egg yolks
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup pecan pieces

Heat the cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling. Separate egg yolks and place the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk briefly. Still whisking, slowly pour in about 1 cup of the hot liquid. Once it is mixed slowly pour the egg mixture into the saucepan, whisking constantly. Cook over heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of a spoon, about 8 minutes.
