Cherry Fudge #Recipe

Everybody loves cookies so bake up some love with these cookie recipes
Cherry Fudge
 
Ingredients:
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 (3 ounce) package cherry flavored gelatin
1 cup butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Preparation:
Butter an 8x8 inch dish. In a medium saucepan on an oven top set to medium heat, combine milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in gelatin. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter, chocolate chips, vanilla and cherries. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours before serving.

Brownie Fudge Cookies #Recipe

Brownie Cookies

Ingredients:
1 package fudge brownie mix    
1/4 cup  water 
1 egg    
1/2 cup  chopped nuts

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375º, lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix brownie mix, water and egg in large bowl with spoon. Stir in nuts (dough will be stiff). Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages pretzels
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
 

Preparation:
Melt chocolate and cream in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip pretzels one at a time and quickly to coat while mixture is still very warm. Place pretzels on wax paper to cool.

Golden Nugget #Cookie #recipe

Ingredients:
1/2  pound  vanilla-flavored candy coating 
3 cups Golden Grahams® cereal    
1/2 cup salted peanuts    
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Preparation:
Chop candy coating into small pieces; place in heavy 10-inch skillet. Cover and heat over low heat about 5 minutes or until coating is soft; remove from heat. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Stir in cereal until well coated. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper, or spread mixture evenly on waxed paper or aluminum foil.

#Christmas Gummy Wreath #Recipe

Gummy Wreath



INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
30 large marshmallows
1 1/2 tsp. green food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups cornflakes cereal
2 tbs. cinnamon red hot candies
 

Preparation:
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows, and cook until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in the food coloring, vanilla, and cornflakes.
Quickly drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper, and form into awreathshape with lightly greased fingers. Immediately decorate with red hot candies.

Applesauce Granola #recipe

1 cp. packed brown sugar
 
1/2   cp. shortening
 
1 tsp. vanilla
 
1 egg
 
1/2 cp. applesauce
 
2 cp. all-purpose flour
 
2 cp. granola
 
1/2 tsp. baking soda
 
1/2 tsp. Salt
 
Preparation:
 
Pre-heat oven to 375º. Beat brown sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg inlarge bowlwithelectric mixeron medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in applesauce. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful’s about 2 inches apart onto ungreased

2 1/2 cp.graham crackercrumbs
 
 
 
Preparation:
Placeapricotsandhazelnutsinfood processor. Cover and process, using quick on-and-off motions, until finely chopped. Place mixture in large bowl. Stir incracker crumbsandmilk. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Cover tightly and store inrefrigeratorup to 2 weeks or freeze up to 2 months.

INGREDIENTS:
 
¾ cp. all-purpose flour
 
2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
 
¼ tsp. baking powder
 
¼ tsp. salt
 
½ cp. butter
 
¾ cp. white sugar
 
2 eggs
 
1 tsp. vanilla extract
 
2 cp. miniature marshmallows
 
1 cp. semisweet chocolate chips
 
1 cp. peanut butter
 
1½ cp. crisp rice cereal
 
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a small mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
