Brownie Fudge Cookies #Recipe

Brownie Cookies

Ingredients:
1 package fudge brownie mix    
1/4 cup  water 
1 egg    
1/2 cup  chopped nuts

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375º, lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix brownie mix, water and egg in large bowl with spoon. Stir in nuts (dough will be stiff). Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients:
1/2 angel food cake, cut into cubes
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. milk for pudding
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water for jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
Put angel food cake cubes in bottom of casserole dish. Mix pudding with milk, pour vanilla pudding mixture over top of cake. Mix frozen strawberries and Jello together with hot water, pour strawberry mixture over top of vanilla pudding and angel food cubes. Refrigerate, when set serve with ice cream.

4 cup of Sliced Apples
1/3 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 cup butter or melted margarine
Salt as necessary

Preparation:
Place sliced apples in a baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients with butter or melted margarine and mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle all this over apples and bake in oven at 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes.

1 German Chocolate cake mix
 
1/2 cp applesauce (egg substitue)

14 oz. caramels
1/2 cp evaporated milk
3/4 cp butter (1 stick and 4 Tablespoons)
1 cp chocolate chips 
1 cp chopped pecans
 
8 oz. cream cheese

Frosting:
 
1/2 cp butter
 
3 cp powdered suger
 
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
2/3 cp unsweetened coca
 
1/3 cp milk
 
8oz. cream cheese
 
Heath Bar chips

This is going to be short and sweet we use 1/2 cup of apple sauce to substitute for the eggs in a boxed cake recipe. This will make one the moistest cake's that you have ever had and it tastes awesome too! We will start posting different variations of cakes that we make stay tuned if you are interested.
