rusted or is sticking because of dirt and
grim (ie. oldratchet, wrench, pliers). Find a bucket that is large enough to hold the items that you would like to be cleaned up. Fill the bucket, bowl, with enough vinegar to cover the items that you want the rust removed from. When the items are all done and the rust is removed, when you are done put the vinegar in a bucket and place a lid on the bucket and save it for later. Why throw it away when it can be used again.
