Eggless Salmon Patties
Ingredients: 3 5 oz cans Salmon 1 cp. Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like) ½ cp. Butter or Margarine 1 pkg. Crackers (saltines) Preparation: Add salmon to a bowl adding the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer,
form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of
cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve. |
