Eggless Tuna Patties
Ingredients: 2 cp. Tuna 1 cp. Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like) ½ cp. Butter or Margarine 1 pkg. Crackers (saltines) Preparation: De-bone and skin tuna. Cook the tuna in oven until it will flake, usually 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool the tuna and crumble it and place in a bowl add the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer,
form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of
cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve. |
