6 hard boiled eggs, grated fine or sieved
1/3 cp. minced pimento-stuffed olives
1/4 cp. plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Diced Dill Pickle
1 Tbs. prepared Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes. After cool add to bread with a few Lettuce leaves.
