Ingredients: 2 to 3 cucumbers salt Pepper 3 TBS. yogurt dill parsley Preparation: Thinly slice young cucumbers, place in bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Add three Tablespoons of plain yogurt and some chopped dill. Garnish with sprigs of parsley after it has set an hour or more, serve. You can substitute sour cream for the yogurt. |
