Ingredients: 1 quart ripe strawberries 4 cup sugar 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 each bottle of liquid pectin Preparation: Crush berries thoroughly. Place in a large bowl. Add sugar, mix well & let stand. Mix lemon juice & add pectin. Stir until all sugar crystals are dissolved. Ladle quickly into jars & leave to set, it may take 24 hours.
