Avocado Hand Treatment

AVOCADO HAND TREATMENT

Ingredients:

1 mashed avocado
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 C. plain yogurt
Petroleum jelly

Preparation:

Mix together the avocado, lemon juice and yogurt. Cover hands with mix; leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off. This will gently remove dull skin and will gradually fade age spots. After rinsing, use petroleum jelly or super-rich hand cream and then wear white cotton gloves for one hour or overnight for maximum hydrating.

Note: do not use this mix more than twice a week as it can be irritating. Do not apply it to cuts or sores as it may sting.
