Yes, the title is right French toast that is eggless! We just sat down and had breakfast for supper and made something that we had not had in a long long time. We did not follow the complete recipe because of other allergies but the way we made it was awesome.
2 Very ripe bananas (a good way to use up those old naners)
2 cps. Milk
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
9 Pieces of Bread
We took the 2 bananas and put them in a food processor or blender and pureed. When mixed well add the vanilla, cinnamon, and milk and add to the puree. Add the mix to a bowl big enough to dip the bread in, quickly dip the bread in the banana mix. Put in a well oiled frying pan (if it is not oiled good enough they stick) have the heat set to med. high on your oven top to brown fast, brown them on each side and serve hot so it will melt the butter.
