Conditioner For Oily #Hair

Ingredients:
1/3 cup hot water
¼ cup glycerin
2 tablespoons liquid lecithin
1/4 cup Sage
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder
 
Preparation:
Combine the hot water and sage, and let set for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid, and discard the sage. Add the remaining Ingredients to the strained liquid, and mix well. Apply to freshly shampooed hair, let set on hair for about 2 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
 
Makes about 1/2 cup.
