What a Jerk! #recipe

Pepper Venison Jerky
 
1/2 tsp. Pepper (MORE FOR HOT)

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
 
1/2 tsp. Onion Salt
 
1 lbs. Venison/Beet Roast
 
1/2 c Soy sauce
 
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
 
1/2 tsp. Lemon Pepper
 
Preparation:
Cut the roast into strips the size that you want. Marinate a minimum of 1 hour better over night. Use toothpicks through the end of the pieces of meat and hang them off of your upper oven rack. Place a piece of aluminum foil on the bottom rack to catch drippings. Bake in oven 150 to 170, overnight for 10 - 12 hours.
