This #fish went to Grill and came back soooo cheesy! #recipe

Ingredients:
 
1 8oz. can Red Alaska salmon
 
1 8oz. can Crab
 
1 Tbs. butter (or margarine)
 
1 Tbs.  plain flour
 
½ cp. milk for stock
 
2 fresh tomatoes, skinned seeded and chopped
 
1 Tbs. freshly Chopped Parsley,
 
Salt
 
Freshly Ground black pepper
 
1 cp. Grated parmesan
 
Preparation:
 
Drain the can of salmon, reserving the juice and add to the milk, set aside. Put the salmon and crab meat into a bowl. Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour. Gradually add the fish and milk stock to make a smooth sauce. Add the chopped tomatoes and parsley, season well. Mix the sauce into the crab and salmon, and then place this mixture into two individual glass serving dishes. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the top of the salmon mixture and place on a medium heat and grill for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Serves 2
