4 chicken breast halves
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 1/2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. garlic, Minced
2 tsp. honey
1 1/3 Tbs. fresh thyme, or 2 tsp. minced, Dried
1/3 tsp. coarse salt
1 1/3 Tbs. red pepper flakes
1 Tbs. olive oil
4 sprigs fresh thyme

In a mixing bowl add mustard, vinegar, garlic, honey, thyme, salt and pepper flakes in a small bowl; stir with fork to mix, add oil a little at a time and whisk to mix marinade. Place the chicken breasts on a flat surface flatten the upper portion of each breast to promote even grilling. Place breasts in a shallow glass cake pan. Pour marinade over breasts. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator, for at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours turning once or twice in marinade. Remove breasts from marinade; scrap any bits of marinade sticking to chicken back into the marinade. Place the marinade in a sauce pan and boil keep after boiling to use for basting. Lightly grease grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill, place chicken on grill. Cook with lid closed, basting frequently with marinade, until tender, approximately 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

A chicken recipe is more than welcome every time. Chicken is my favorite non-veg dish and i look for different recipes to make it.
