2 cp. Salmon
1 cp. Shredded Cheese (the flavor you like)
½ cp. Butter or Margarine
1 pkg. Crackers (saltines)
De-bone and skin salmon, remove the dark meat to reduce some of the stronger fishy taste. Cook the salmon in oven until it will
flake, usually 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool the salmon and
crumble it and place in a bowl add the cheese, crackers and butter. Mix the ingredients until evenly mixed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer, form into patties and add to a hot frying pan, I always use plenty of cooking oil but you do not have to. Cook until browned and serve.
