I am somebody who likes my coffee, cappuccino, and lattés. Like most I do not start my day without a good cup of Joe.  There is something that I have learned through the years that will help save a ton of money on the fancy flavored cups of coffee. I keep a selection of cooking extracts in my cupboard. You can have a cup of French vanilla, maybe some almond it is all up to you depending on your tastes and imagination. All right let’s get down to the information you will need to mix up one of these cheap but awesome flavored cups of coffee (after all who wants to spend 5 dollars on a cup of coffee).

For one cup:

¼ Tbsp. of your favorite extract more or less according to taste

Your cup of regular/decaf coffee.

Add what you like for condiments.

Now mix them together and vola you have a cup of coffee that tastes like 5 dollars but cost you .50 to make.

For one pot of coffee:

Coffee maker

Coffee grounds

1 Tbs of your favorite extract, more or less according to taste. Add what you like for condiments. Place the grounds in the basket with the filter. Now put the1 Tbsp. of your favorite extract in the basket and brew your coffee. When it is done vola you have a cup of coffee that tastes like 5 dollars but cost you .50 to make. Between the two in my opinion the fresh brewed tastes better but because of time restrictions I use the recipe for one cup at time more than I brew. I like to use French vanilla with a little cinnamon to make coffee that tastes like French toast. MMM......
